● Item(s) must be in its original condition, with the original packaging

● Custom made item(s) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

● Any earrings must be unworn

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Once an item has been returned a refund will be issued immediately, subject to the points above
