Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase – subject to:

• Item(s) must be in its original condition, with the original packaging

• Custom made item(s) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

• Any earrings must be unworn

If you would like to discuss a return please contact us using details on the 'Contact' section on the home page.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Once a returned item has been received a refund will be issued immediately, subject to the points above.

Spirals of Silence are happy to help as much as possible. We have a zero tolerance to aggressive behaviour. Please contact us to discus should any issues arise..

How to return your jewellery

Please pack your items with care and send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or an equivalent trackable postal service that provides adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
