All jewellery purchased through our website are made-to-order by hand, especially for you. When you place an order, we schedule it to be made in our workshop and then send you a dispatch date so you know when your jewellery will leave our Morecambe workshop.
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible but cannot guarantee delivery within a set time-frame. In the event of supply issues, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If all or part of your order needs to be made up, we aim to despatch it within 21 – 28 days after receipt of order.
If we have all your items in stock, we aim to despatch it within 3 – 5 working days of receipt of order.
All items are sent tracked with Royal Mail. Postage is free within the UK mainland. Overseas charges apply – please contact me for details.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries. You will be sent an email message with a tracking number on the day your order is dispatched from our Morecambe workshop. Your parcel should reach you the next working day, but we can’t accept liability for any delays caused by bad weather or due to operational issues with our delivery providers. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
